Installation Guide

Before you start

Make sure your device supports eSIM and is carrier-unlocked. You can check compatibility on our device check page.

Install on iPhone

1. Open the Camera app and scan the QR code from your order email.
2. Tap Add Cellular Plan when prompted.
3. Follow the on-screen steps and choose a label for the new plan.
4. Turn on the eSIM line and enable data roaming after you arrive.

Install on Android

1. Open Settings → Network & Internet → SIM cards.
2. Tap Add carrier or Download a SIM.
3. Scan the QR code from your order email.
4. Complete the setup and enable roaming when you reach your destination.

Manual installation

If QR scanning fails, use the SM-DP+ Address and Activation Code in your order email and enter them manually in your eSIM settings.

After installation

• Keep the original eSIM installed even after it expires.
• Do not delete it if installation is interrupted; retry from your order page instead.
• Check APN settings if data does not work immediately.
